Just to name a few projects engaged in customer service improvements this year:
The Online programs increased the number of online class offerings - It is now the state's largest online program for a public institution with more than 6,300 students.
The Gateway to College Academy provides tutoring and academic counseling to mainstream more high school dropouts into college classes.
The Sign Language Interpreting program has hosted a variety of workshops, forums and hearing impaired community events.
The Fire Management program, the only one in Atlanta, helps firefighters develop critical thinking skills and become eligible for promotion.
Dental Hygiene program provides low-cost and free dental care to more than 5,000 low-income students, veterans, and the elderly.
