Tell us about your nominee’s outstanding customer service accomplishments. Please include information relating to the customer service attributes listed. The information you provide will be used by the Review Committee to determine the recipient of this award. Please limit your description to 700 words or less.

  • Courteous: Greet the customers promptly and courteously. Display sincerity, integrity, and candor in their actions.
  • Forward-looking: Sets goals and vision. Honor commitments in a timely manner.
  • Inspiring: Use sound judgment to make a good decisions at the right time. Seek out diversity and others to reach higher heights.
  • Responsive: Own the customer’s issue.
  • Awareness: Quite capable of reacting to situations that arise.
