Tell us about your nominee’s outstanding customer service accomplishments. Please include information relating to the customer service attributes listed. The information you provide will be used by the Review Committee to determine the recipient of this award. Please limit your description to 700 words or less.

  • Responsive: Own the customer’s issue.
  • Process Agent: Invest time and resources for implementing customer service process improvements
  • Implementor: Implement programs relating to excellence customer service with measurable results
  • Technology: Ability to integrate new technologies that provides new ways of support to the customer
  • Knowledgeable: Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
