Tell us about your nominee’s outstanding customer service accomplishments. Please include information relating to the customer service attributes listed. The information you provide will be used by the Review Committee to determine the recipient of this award. Please limit your description to 700 words or less.

  • Courteous: Greet the customers promptly and courteously.
  • Helpful: Honor your commitments in a timely manner.
  • Accessible: Listen to the customers with respect. Be polite. Focus on their perspective.
  • Responsive: Continually redefining plans and reshaping services around those expectations.
  • Technology: Ability to integrate new technologies that provides new ways of support to the customer
